5 skeins of Anne (147 g) in the color: 2314 (Royal);
2.0 mm crochet hook;
Wax paper;
Pencil;
Scissors;
Measuring tape.
Abbreviations: rnd: round, rnds: rounds, st: stitch, sts: stitches.
Crochet stitches used: ch: chain, slst: slip stitch, SC: single crochet, DC: double crochet, TC: triple crochet, DC3tog: make 3 DC together, Flower A: follow chart 1, Motif B follow chart 2, Motif C: follow chart 3, Finishing trim: follow chart 4.
Gauge: Flower A – (chart 1) using a 3.0 mm hook = 12 x 12 cm.
Instructions
Transfer the molds to wax paper to use as reference when making the piece. Pay attention to arrows in the measurements chart that indicate the direction of the work.
Flower A (12 x 12 cm): use a 3.0 mm crochet hook and Anne in the color Royal. Start the motif with a magic ring. 1st rnd: ch. 3, 15 DC, slst into the 1st st to join the round. 2nd-5th rnds: continue following chart 1, working in the round.
Motif B (4 x 4 cm): use a 3.0 mm crochet hook and Anne in the color Royal. Start the motif with a magic ring. 1st rnd: ch. 3, 15 DC, slst into the 1st st to join the round. 2nd rnd: continue following chart 2, working in the round.
Motif C (5,5 x 5,5 cm): use a 3.0 mm crochet hook and Anne in the color Royal. Start the motif with a magic ring. 1st rnd: ch. 3, 19 DC, slst into the 1st st to join the round. 2nd rnd: continue following chart 3, working in the round.
Kimono: to create the front, back, both sleeves and the hood you will need: 94 Flower As (chart 1), 72 Motif Bs (chart 2) and 4 Motif Cs (chart 3). Join the motifs with slsts, as shown in the joining charts. Follow the measurements and assembling chart of motifs 1, 2 and 3.
Finishing trim: use a 3.0 mm crochet hook and Anne in the color Royal. Crochet the trim along both front edges and the hood, following chart 4 and the st repeat for rows 1-4.
