White glue;

Execution
Stretch the fabric tightly onto the frame to ensure good tension for embroidery.Transfer the design outline onto the fabric.
Embroider the design.
Apply white glue diluted with a bit of water to the back of the project.
Fold the fabric edges to the back, then glue the felt to finish the piece.
