Materials

Círculo Bossa Nova– 2 hanks in the color 20 (natural).

5.0 mm Círculo crochet hook. 

Stitches used

Chain (ch). Slip stitch (slst); Single crochet (SC); Double crochet (DC); Lace pattern: follow the chart. Raglan: follow the chart.

 Gauge– 10 x 10 cm square in the established lace pattern, using a 5.0 mm hook = 10 sts x 9 rows.

Execution– Front and back are identical and worked together. Ch 108, slst into the 1st ch to join in the round and work in the established lace pattern, following the chart- repeat the stitches between asterisks 9x. Work in the round for 20 cm, turning the work after each row, then divide the work into 2 equal panels as follows: in the first 3 sts work the Raglan pattern following the chart, make 48 sts in the established lace pattern, then in the last 3 sts work the Raglan pattern once again, following the chart. For the armhole shaping, make 1 decrease 6 sts away from the edge on each side of the row every row, 12 times in total. Fasten-off at 34 cm from the beginning of the work. Make the second panel in the same way.

Sleeves- ch 48, slst into the 1st ch to join in the round and work in the established lace pattern, following the chart- repeat the stitches between the asterisks 4x. At 8 cm from the beginning, shape the armhole in the same way as the body, working flat. Fasten-off at 22 cm from the beginning of the work.

 

Finishing– seam the sleeves to the front and back panels. Make 1 row of SC around the sleeves and neckline and fasten-off.
