An 8.5 x 8.5 cm (3.35″ x 3.35″) square in Square (diag. 1) using the 1.5 mm hk.
Instructions:
Transfer the patterns to the tracing paper to use as a reference when making the piece. Note the arrows in the measurement diagram indicating the direction of the work.Square: Use the 1.5 mm crochet hk. and Cléa 20 (Natural) yarn. Start the motif by making a magic ring. Rnd. 1: 5 ch., 1 dc., 2 ch. Rep. from to for another 10x, 1 sl st. to close the ring. From rnd. 2 to 4, continue following diag. 1. In the rnd. 2, use Cléa 20 (Natural) yarn. In the rnds. 3 and 4, use Cléa 4514 (Peach) yarn, and in the rnd. 5, use Cléa 4004 (Coral) yarn. Wk. in rounds. After making the 2nd square, join the squares with sl st.
Crop Top: To compose the crop top, you will need 24 squares joined together with sl st. Join the squares as shown in the distribution diagram.
Right back yoke: Join the Cléa 4004 (Coral) yarn to the side of the right back and wk. the yoke foll. diag. 2 (80 sts.) and the rep. st. from 1st to 3rd row. Attach the 6 buttons to this yoke.
Left back yoke: Join the Cléa 4004 (Coral) yarn to the side of the left back and wk. the yoke foll. diag. 3 (80 sts.) and the rep. st. from 1st to 3rd row.
Edging: Join the Cléa 4004 (Coral) yarn to the upper part of the piece and wk. the edging foll. diag. 4 (183 sts.) and the rep. sts. from 1st to 3rd row. Finish the piece by making 1 row of sc. (183 sts.) in the lower part.
Straps: Join the Cléa 4004 (Coral) yarn to the upper part of the indicated sts. and wk. the strap foll. diag. 5 and the rep. st. from the 1st to 39th row. Join the strap to the opposite side with sl st. and fo. the yarn. Make the other strap the same.
Lining: Modeled over the crop top and outlining only the squares, attach the lining using the sewing machine and Maxxi Retrós 354 (Cupido)[1] thread.
