2 Premium T-Shirt yarn rolls – Color: 8001 (White)
1 Premium T-Shirt yarn roll – Colors: 5767 (Brazilian Green) & 3528 (Carmine)
1 Encanto yarn roll – Color: 7326 (Old Gold)
Chochet Hook – 7.0 mm & 4.5 mm
Silicone Glue
Gauge: A 4-inch square, made in sc., with Premium T-shirt Yarn and a 7.0 mm hook, measures 9 sts. x 9 rows.
Stitch Glossary & Abbreviations: st. (Stitch), sts. (Stitches), ch. (Chain), sl st. (Slip Stitch), rnd. (Round), sc. (Single Crochet).
Instructions
Chart 1
With the White yarn and the 7.0 mm hook, start with 26 ch. + 1 ch. to turn the work.
1- Start in the 2nd ch. from the hook, work: 26 sc.
2 & 3- 1ch., 26 sc. Fasten off the yarn.
Keep following Chart 1, working in back-and-forth rows.
Fasten off the Carmine and Brazilian Green yarns, set the White yarn aside.
Make 2 identical pieces.
Chart 2 – Finishing
Continue with the White yarn from Chart 1.
1- In the corner, work: 1 sc., 2 ch., and 1 sc. in the same base st., along the side, work: 1 sc. in each base st. , repeat from to all around the piece.
2- Make 1 sl st. in each base st., going all around the piece. Close with sl st. Fasten off the yarn.
3- Join the Old Gold yarn and work, with the 4.5 mm hook, 1 sl st. in each base st., taking the center of the sl sts. from the previous row. Close with sl st. Fasten off the yarn and glue the ends with Silicone Glue, so that the work doesn’t fall apart.
Work the same way on both pieces.
